    The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development participates in a workshop organized by the Asharqia Chamber​

    The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development participated in a workshop organized (remotely) by the Asharqia Chamber yesterday, June 14, in the presence of the Assistant Undersecretary for the Development of Labor Opportunities at the Nationalization Agency Badr bin Sulaiman Al-Jared, and a number of the Ministry's employees.

     
      During a speech during the workshop, Al-Jard stressed the ministry's keenness to ensure that the jobs it seeks to localize in the private sector are sustainable, through several programs, most notably the Tawteen program.​

    Al-Jard explained that the ministry is working to increase the saudization rate and achieve job sustainability through a set of strategic and tactical programs and that the Emiratisation decisions issued by the ministry come based on aligning job seekers with the needs of the labor market, and aligning saudization policies with the size of the actual market available, so through a deep reading of the details and needs of job seekers (such as appropriate wages), in addition to identifying the needs of important jobs and professions in each sector, analyzing them and knowing their attractiveness, and then working to anticipate the future, taking into account the macro and microeconomic factors, that is, the mechanism for implementing the saudization tool It is based on analyzing the available data in terms of supply and demand, and then discussing with the private sector and taking its views on implementation.​

    He stressed that the ministry is working to keep pace with modern work patterns, such as flexible work (part-time), or remote work, and so on.
